Cory left for Denmark on August 3rd and I just arrived this past Sunday on September 8th! After a month + of missing each other I am finally settled into our new home! So far so good…our apartment is perfect….Denmark is beautiful and everyone we’ve met is super nice, welcoming and helpful! We are a short drive to several bigger cities although the town we are calling home is TINY! We are also a quick ride to Germany which is fantastic for getting our “Real” grocery store fix…(I scored a bottle of AUTHENTIC PAM today!!). Regular season games are still a couple of weeks away and we are both looking forward to an exciting year of hockey! I am hoping to soon adjust to a regular sleeping schedule since blogging at 1:45 am may not be the best use of precious night-time hours. The Coffee gods were smiling down on us when Cory signed in Denmark and a STARBUCKS is opening tomorrow not too far away ….guess which two American Danes will be attending the grand opening tomorrow morning!?!?!?! Mocha light frappuccino yes please:)
